Yoga Rocks Yoga Rocks

Yoga World Reach is devoted to bringing yoga and alternative therapies to under-served populations throughout local and global communities. As a new non profit, (we are pending 501c3 status) Yoga World Reach is getting creative with fundraising – with events like Yoga Rocks - to continue to build the programs that we are currently developing and offering around the globe.

Yoga World Reach projects include the Pine Ridge Native American Reservation program titled “Igliuohamti.” Another, based in Mexico , is one of our children’s programs dubbed "Yoga para Ninos." One of our most rewarding projects has been "coming hOMe," a program for women survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

“Coming hOMe” is a combination of yoga, art therapy, somatics and creative writing which provides a transformative experience for women. We had such an amazing response in Boulder , Co., that Yoga World Reach is launching this program to three other States, while testing a similar program in Haiti.

In 10 months Yoga World Reach has made a positive impact in hundreds of lives around the globe. We are fully committed to keep the momentum moving as it seems to be flowing in grace and playing in tune.
